Delivery and Returns

Delivery will be made to the delivery address shown on the invoice submitted via online orders. Within New Zealand usually takes between 3-5 working days. International delivery usually takes between 2-3 weeks.

We guarantee that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are considered faulty, for repair or replacement within a reasonable period of time as defined by New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Goods Ordered and cut to a specific length as ordered by you are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS: Returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale items, other than for a faulty product.

All returns should be sent to BASIS, 31 High Street, Renwick 7204, Marlborough in their original undamaged packaging.
